Organize your tasks by importance and urgency for better productivity and time management
Master productivity by categorizing tasks based on their importance and urgency
Tasks that are both important and urgent. These require immediate attention and should be done first. Examples: emergencies, critical deadlines, crisis situations.
Important but not urgent tasks. Schedule these for later. This is where you should spend most of your time. Examples: planning, skill development, exercise, relationships.
Urgent but not important tasks. Delegate these if possible. They seem important but don't contribute to your long-term goals. Examples: some emails, phone calls, interruptions.
Neither important nor urgent. Eliminate these time-wasters. They provide little to no value. Examples: excessive social media, mindless browsing, trivial activities.
